Jeremy is the Director of Assessment and Continuous Improvement at the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). He is a graduate of DePaul University's Clinical Psychology doctoral program. Jeremy's work is focused on social and emotional learning, in particular, creating equitable learning environments and supporting youth from historically marginalized groups to achieve positive academic and life outcomes. Jeremy's interest and commitment to this work sprung from his previous work in Dr. Kathy Grant's Stress and Coping Project. Like the Cities Project, Jeremy believes that equipping youth with tools to cope with and overcome environmental stressors and institutionalized inequity is essential for helping them to thrive.
